Garage Door Movie

Sunday night our neighbors came up with the best idea! I call it today's version of the "Drive-In" movie. They had access to a projector, so we put together a Movie night complete with popcorn and soda pop. It was great, except for one problem....the night light was just putting out too much light. Not to worry because we had the MLB (Macho Light Brigade) with us and they were on task imediately!
Not only did they do a great job covering the light, but about five minutes after the movie was over, the blanket (BYU) just fell down! It was such a fun night! We watched the BEE MOVIE
and I was surprised just at how GLUED everyone was to the movie (with the exception of Carston getting a kick out of walking in front of the projector a few times) THANKS EVERYONE!!!

Cody gets an OWEEE

Last night at our combined YM/YW swimming party, Cody hurt his head when he was "wrestling" with one of the YM leaders. In an attempt to throw each other into the pool, I guess you could say that cody "LoST!!" He bumped his head on the side of the pool and the next thing we knew, there was blood ALL OVER THE PLACE. I took him to insta-care, where they stuck a couple dozen staples in his head, (gee, I could have done that at home for free, and a lot faster.)

He has been a really BRAVE boy! Today he is a little bit sore, but he's gonna live to tell about it!
